Do you offer FREE setup assistance?

YES! We will assist you with setting up the tools to help reach your goals. We recognize that each business is unique and therefore requires different configurations to meet those unique needs. Once the application is configured, it can be self managed by you going forward. Of course, if you ever need assistance, we're a text, email or phone call away.

What industries do you serve?

We service just about any sized small to medium sized business in just about any industry.

How long does it take to get setup?

The time it takes to setup varies depending on the plan type and what your goals are. The Starter plan is the fastest to implement.

Can I talk with someone before I sign up?

Are there any variable charges or fees?

Yes, and we provide complimentary credits to help offset the charges. Here are the current variable fees:
SMS Texting: $.0095/Segment $10 will give you about 1055 texts
Outbound Calls: $.0168/minute $10 will give you about 595 calls
Receiving Calls: $.0102/Minute $10 will give you about 980 calls
Emails: $.001 per email sent ($1.00 per 1000 emails sent) unlimited contacts
Phone Numbers: Local numbers $1.15 each and Toll Free are $2.15 each.
A2P registration is about $20 per phone are is required for each phone number used to send text messages. NOTE: For missed call text back, a phone number is required. This number must be purchased within the Curolux platform in order to integrate it with all of the text/SMS features.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, you may cancel a monthly plan at any time. For annual plans, you may cancel anytime before the end of the current term.

Do you provide full service management for your platform?

Yes, if technology is not your thing (we get it!) and you prefer to allow someone else to manage the platform for you, we can do that for you for a small fee. We offer full service platform management in 5 hour blocks for $250 / Block.

Do you provide business consulting services?

Yes! For each purchased plan above, we provide 5 hours of business consulting services as well as free setup and onboarding consulting. For additional business consulting services, check out all of our business consulting services here.
